Billy doesn’t seem to like being Mistress Renee’s ashtray, but he has to do it anyway. He knows how useless and pathetic he is, so he must succeed at least at something! However, when he finds it challenging to keep his mouth open, Renee uses a special device to fix that problem. Now his mouth doesn’t close at all, and he must continue obeying Renee’s commands – to inhale, exhale, stick the tongue out, and swallow. It’s very simple, and Billy manages, but Mistress Renee still has to burn his nipples as a matter of principle.
